In 2018 Artemis Investments rehabbed and did value adds on 6 properties with gross profits of $1.68MM

 

This year we are looking forward to our 3rd Story, 2000+ SQFT addition on our Hillsborough property, 3,150 SQFT high end gutted Berkeley home in the hills with panoramic views of the SF Bay, and our 1885 Craftsman with 3,741 SQFT extensive gut rehab in Oakland, and our 33 Acres purchase in Rocklin to build storage units and a doggy hotel. We are cautious of the market place in 2019, however all of our purchases have factored in 20% corrections in the market, so we are confident moving into 2019 as our largest grossing YTD.
